I am an independent producer making hot and cold smoked products in my home in East London. In 2018 I started making smoked fish and cheese, and during the pandemic decided to make a business of it.

The fish I smoke is sourced directly from Billingsgate Fish Market, where the best quality fish is sold directly to restaurants and independent producers such as myself. I personally purchase the products you order, when you order them, to ensure you get the freshest salmon and mackerel possible.

The Smokiest Cheese Around

My smoked cheese is smoked for 16-24 hours, which makes it far smokier than the typical smoked cheese you can get. Its flavour is deep and intense, and you'll find yourself unable to stop nibbling more!

Hand-made, To Order

Because I operate at a very small scale, I don't keep huge amounts of stock around. This means that most of the time, when you order smoked salmon or cheese, I will make it fresh, specially for you! This does mean that it may take a few extra days for the products to arrive, but in exchange you can be sure you have the freshest products possible.

I believe in eco-friendly modes of transport, and in getting your food to you without the risk of spoilage caused by postal delays. That is why, inside London, I offer delivery where I deliver the food myself to your front door by bicycle. You get fresh food, I stay fit - everyone wins!
