This smoked salmon is a great choice if you don't want the salmon pre-sliced. Buying the whole side will allow you to slice it yourself, whether that is to use as a cooking ingredient, or because you want to choose your own thickness, or just because it's cheaper to buy it unsliced.
Carefully smoked for 24 hours over oak and alder wood, the flavour of this salmon is rich and smoky. The fish is sourced from Billingsgate Fish Market, making it as fresh as it possibly can be!
If frozen, the salmon will keep for a long time, allowing you to keep it in the freezer until you want to serve it.
Ingredients: Salmon (fish), salt, sugar, wood smoke.
Note: This product is smoked on demand; You will receive a confirmation email and be able to discuss when you need it for. Please allow at least a week for the salmon to be smoked.
