A whole side of hand-sliced salmon, smoked for 24 hours over oak and alder wood.

Presented whole with the skin for presenting or just portioning as required.

This hand-sliced smoked salmon is a delicious choice for any party, or if you just want to portion out the salmon yourself.

Carefully smoked for 24 hours over oak and alder wood, the flavour of this salmon is rich and smoky. The fish is sourced from Billingsgate Fish Market, making it as fresh as it possibly can be!

The salmon is sliced by hand, then the slices are carefully arranged on top of the smoked skin so it can be presented as a whole on a platter, making a great centrepiece to a brunch or picnic.

If frozen, the salmon will keep for a long time, allowing you to save the leftovers for your own breakfasts (if your guests leave you any!)

Ingredients: Salmon (fish), salt, sugar, wood smoke.

Note on delivery time: This product is smoked on demand. You will receive a confirmation email and be able to discuss when you need it for. Please allow at least a week for the salmon to be smoked.
