Processing and Delivery Information
Processing Time
Most products are made-to-order. Once you place the order, I will be in touch to let you know how long it will take - it will usually be a few days but may be up to a week for larger orders.
Packaging
All smoked items are packaged in biodegradable vacuum packaging. This ensures they stay fresh.
Delivery Methods
Home Delivery
I can deliver orders by bicycle to postcodes starting with E1, E2, E3, E8, E9, E14, E15, EC, WC, SE1 and SE16. For any other postcodes in London please contact me to find out whether I can deliver the order. This will be based on order size.
Deliveries can be made at most times of the day (including evenings) to ensure you are in to receive them.
Pick up from E3
If you are in London, you can pick up orders from E3. If you choose this method I will be in touch to arrange this.
Royal Mail
Items can be sent with First-class Royal Mail. The speed of delivery should ensure that items remain safe to eat, and most items except smoked salmon will be fine as long as they are refrigerated once home.
